✦ What is Saphrina's Splendors? How did you come up with the name?
It's part of my name from Final Fantasy XIV and one of the NPC who sells in-game items. I first started with the intention of making fan-made artwork and crafts based on FFXIV but have since shifted my focus on making stickers and stationery items outside of the game.
Updated on 11/20/2023: I have since made a slight change to my shop's name to Saphrina Splendors.
✦ Are your items solely Final Fantasy XIV related?
No. I'll have other items from other series or original designs (aka Mochi Pan and Friends - they are based on a stuffy that I travel with when I go to cons/out of state.) Please note that all items are handmade by me (designs/crafting, packaging, shipping, etc) and only make small quantities of each item. If an item is listed as "sold out", I restock every Sundays @ 5pm EST.
✦ What are pre-ordered items?
They are finalized designs but I have yet to make multiple physical copies. Preordered items will be charged upon purchase and will be delivered at a later date. Please expect 3-4 weeks of delay after the preorder date for (expected) delivery date.
✦ How long does shipping take?
Once you've placed your order, please allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends) for processing. Shipping time make take between 3-7 business days. For domestic shipping, First Class Mail does not include tracking information.
✦ My package has not arrived yet / my tracking number has not updated in some time?
Estimated arrival date varies depending on your country and delivery services. Once packages has been shipped and reached your country, delivery will be handled by your local postal service. Please check with your local postal service if you have not received your package on the expected delivery date.
Please double check the shipping address prior to submitting your order, Saphrina's Splendors is not responsible for any shipping mishaps if the address is entered incorrectly.
✦ What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
All items sold are considered final sale. If your order arrived damaged or not as described, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of delivery at email@example.com. I cannot refund shipping fees for any issue.
